Man Dominating Beast Trilogy

I inadvertently started a trilogy that I finished last night. I did them all for the Avalanche art challenge and one of them never made it this side of the blogs. So, here they are in entirety.

In the time it took for me to comment on that woodcutter one on the avalanche blog and then to come leave a comment over here, I started laughing again like I was seeing it for the first time. that tree's pose is incredible. HA! I love all three of these pieces.

The knight slaying the dragon pic is my favorite followed by the old woman slaying the creature. The tree image is hilarious.

That axe is in a very uncomfortable place.

Ouch!!

Right between the roots.

Great pictures. Now sell the idea to Disney to make these into the next 2D animated feature.

Good luck.

Kinda feel bad for that tree. That's a tough split.

These are awesome. My favorite is the warrior with spear fighting the dragon. But they are all really cool.

Really incredible stuff Adam - I love how you light the pictures. The background textures are wonderful - I'd love to know how you do that?! Super

These are awesome-
I love how in the first one the tree is getting axed right in the babymaker- except he doesn't seem to have one, so maybe it's not as painful as it looks...?
