1. To eventually paint in real life as an art trade with Joe Olson
2. To use as a painting demo for Joe Olson's class.

Confound it, why didn't you come do a demo for my class? Okay, I can understand Joe is better looking than I am, draws better than I do, his class is more well-like than mine, and he has more Adam Fords carpooling with him. Now that I think about it, I'd rather be in his class, too.
